General booking conditions

Booking:

Your firm and definitive reservation will be validated after the payment of a deposit equal to 1 night.

You can make the payment of these deposits:

  • Credit card
  • Bank check payable to “Hôtel Le Provençal”
  • Bank transfer (account details on request)

Cancellation:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • In case of no show or cancellation up to 2 days before the day of arrival: the total amount of the stay will be due.
  • For any cancellation between 3 days and 15 days before the date of arrival, 75% of the total stay will be due and charged to the credit card. For stays of only one night, the amount of the value of one night will be due and debited.
  • For any cancellation more than 16 days before the date of arrival: the amount of one night will be due and debited.
  • For any change of date: 30 euros administration fee will be charged.
